From booking to check-out – our digital service supports you before and during your stay in our aparthotel. In just four steps you can organise your entire stay in one of our serviced apartments from your smartphone.
A classic reception is not available, but your host is on site every Monday and Thursday from 06:30 am to 08:00 am to answer your questions or concerns personally.
1. Book
Book your stay directly on our official website. This way you benefit from the best price, an encrypted connection and no hidden fees.
2. Check in
Once you have completed your online check-in, your digital room key will be sent directly to your smartphone.
3. Check into your room
On the day of arrival, we will activate your digital room key from 02.00 pm. Now you have access to the apartment building and to your booked flat.
4. Check-out
You can also check out on the day of departure flexibly and conveniently from your smartphone.
