– When visiting the indoor areas of restaurants and hotel bars, a COVID certificate obligation applies.

At the welcome hotels, a safe hotel stay or a carefree restaurant visit is the highest priority. The health of our guests and our employees is close to our heart.

The spread of the coronavirus continues to affect the way people live together all around the world.  For this reason, we have taken strict health and safety measures, which enable a respectful life together. We strictly adhere to the guidelines and rules of conduct of the BAG — Federal Office of Public Health — and ask our guests to also follow them during their visit. As a result, certain services at this hotel may not be available during your stay. For specific information on restrictions, please contact the hotel directly. We apologize for any inconvenience. Current development in Switzerland is carefully monitored and the protection plan is continuously adapted as required.

Employees in the hotels and restaurants are constantly informed of the latest instructions and continuously trained on the exceptional situation and how to deal with our guests accordingly.  Before starting their work, employees are regularly tested for the COVID-19 virus. The tests are carried out in collaboration with the Etilab laboratory.

We recommend that all guests use our digital service for check-in, access to the hotel room and check-out. Guests who need a COVID-19 test result for onward travel can find official test centers close to our hotels. The hotel reception will be happy to provide further information.
